PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device of a vehicular seat easy in locking even when irregularity occurs in attaching a seat back. SOLUTION: In the lock device 10 of the vehicular seat where a lock male 11 is attached to a side of a main seat back 32 of a main seat 30, a sub-seat back 42 of a sub-seat 40 is rotatably provided with forward inclination on a side end face of the main seat 30, a lock female 12 is attached to the side, the sub-seat back 42 is erected and rotated on the lock male 11 of the main seat back 32 to engage the lock female 12 and the main seat back 32 and the sub-seat back 42 cannot be moved relatively, an extension part 1111 extending frontward from a striker 112 of a base 111 is provided concerning the lock male 11 comprising the base 111 and the striker 112 attached so as to be projected to the base 111 and a guide face 1112 is provided on the extension part 1111.
