Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splashboard device which can keep a space between the splashboard and a wheel widely not to block travel operation, is easy to fix on bodywork, and has enough strength. SOLUTION: A splashboard member is provided with a cover unit which covers a ground plane of a tire of a road wheel, and a fixing unit which covers an inner side of a tire and is fixed up on a wheelchair body. The cover unit and the fixing unit are formed back to back. The fixing unit is placed on an axle mounting pipe and a seat supporting pipe.
