PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an underside inspection device for an elevated structure, in which a camera can also be moved smoothly even in the longitudinal direction and cross direction of the structure by a simple device and a simple operation and by which the underside of a floor slab can be photographed continuously. SOLUTION: The underside inspection device for the elevated structure has a truck capable of being moved in the longitudinal direction of the structure, a vertical support, in which a supporting base is installed to the truck while being overhung outside the side section of the structure and which can be rotated around an axial center and held to the supporting base vertically movably, and a horizontal arm mounted at the lower end of the vertical support and extended and arranged in the rectangular direction to the axis of the structure in the lower section of the structure. A photographing unit capable of being moved from the root section of the horizontal arm to the front section of the arm is loaded on the arm, and the underside of the floor slab of the structure is photographed and inspected by the camera upwards secured to the unit.
