Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which has universality and can adjust the delay property flexibly and efficiently, by minimizing the increase of circuit scale. SOLUTION: This semiconductor device is equipped with a delay combination circuit 13 having a first ring oscillator 131 capable of oscillating on receiving a first enable signal S121, and a second ring oscillator 132 capable of oscillating on receiving a second enable signal and different in oscillation cycle from the first ring oscillator 131, and generates delay equivalent or analogous to critical pulses by adding up the differences in oscillation cycles; a delay detecting circuit 14 which detects the quantity of delay generated by the accumulation in the delay combination circuit 13; and a control circuit 15 which outputs a control signal S152 for instructing the power voltage VDD to be supplied to the delay combination circuit 13 and a target circuit 11, to a power voltage supply circuit 16, based on the detection signal S14 of the delay detecting circuit 14.
