Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional desk where, if placing a display on a curved part of a top plate of the desk and in a length direction, the display is interrupted with an auxiliary top plate, and if installing the auxiliary top plate on a higher position, tools or documents placed on the auxiliary top plate are difficult to be picked up by a sitting user. SOLUTION: The desk is provided with a top plate 14 with a recess part 15a with a recess in a length direction on a foreground end 15, the auxiliary top plate 3 having a withdrawal part 31 with a front end 30 withdrawn in a length direction corresponding with a figure of the recess part 15a of the top plate 14 and support member 2 for supporting the auxiliary top plate 3 over the top plate 14, wherein the withdrawal part 31 of the auxiliary top plate 3 is placed in the length direction of the recess part 15a of the top plate 14 so that the auxiliary top plate 3 is fixed on the support member 2. The auxiliary top plate 3 is provided under an upper end 50 of a display 5. |
