Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-ray fluorescing retroreflection sheet which colors in various optical environments and has a superior information transmission characteristic when used for a guide sign, a regulation sign, a warning sign, license plates of various vehicles, etc. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-ray fluorescing retroreflection sheet comprising a retroreflection part including retroreflective elements and an ultraviolet-ray fluorescing part including ultraviolet-ray fluorescing colored agents is characterized in that the color difference between the hue of the retroreflection part in the presence of visible light and that of the ultraviolet-ray fluorescing part in the presence of the visible light is <=20 and the color difference between the hue of the retroreflection part in the presence of the visible light and that of the ultraviolet-ray fluorescing part in the presence of ultraviolet light is <=100.
