Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling device for a recycle raw material capable of sampling the raw material uniformly and automatically and having high impartiality property. SOLUTION: This sampling device for the raw material has a first recovery part for recovering and conveying a part of the raw material cut out by a cutting-out means for cutting out the raw material and a second recovery part for recovering a part of the raw material from the first recovery part. Since the raw material is sampled at two steps in this way, the raw material can be sampled uniformly and automatically to grasp grade of the raw material accurately.
