Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering damper device, which can minimize steering inertia and restrain a mounting position lower. SOLUTION: The top part of a steering shaft 14 is fitted to a rear center of a top bridge 11 as a fitting part 14a, and a lower screw of a shaft 23 is fastened and integrated with the fitting part 14a. The shaft 23 is equipped with a shaft main part 23b of a small diameter extending in an axial direction of the steering shaft 14, and passes through a rotating shaft part 30a in a steering damper 10. When a steering nut 24 is attached and fastened to a top screw 23a at the top end of the shaft, the steering damper 10 and the top bridge 11 are fastened and fixed together to the top of the steering shaft 14. Thereby, it is possible to omit a steering nut, which is conventionally installed below the steering damper 10, and to make the mounting position of the steering damper 10 lower by the length of the steering nut. |
