PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oversheet for a card having sufficient adhesive force to ink for offset printing and ink for silk screen printing, capable of corresponding to the variety of card designs, producible with a simplified process and free from a tack trouble, and provide a card laminated with the oversheet for the card. SOLUTION: The oversheet for card has a heat-sensitive adhesive layer on one surface of a substrate. The substrate is a rigid polyvinyl chloride sheet or a sheet made of a polymer composed mainly of a polymer selected from a polyester resin, a polycarbonate and a polymer alloy of a polyester resin and a polycarbonate. The adhesive constituting the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is an adhesive resin composition composed mainly of a polyamide resin produced by the condensation polymerization of a dimer acid and a diamine.
