Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sugar coated pharmaceutical preparation in which a water-unstable agent has excellent storage stability, and whose elution retardation of the agent with time is prevented, and to provide a method for preventing the elution retardation with time while holding the storage stability of the water-unstable agent. SOLUTION: This sugar coated pharmaceutical preparation is produced by applying a protect-coating composition containing a surfactant having HLB of >=10 on an uncoated tablet of a water unstable agent, and further applying a liquid of a sugar coating composition containing succinated gelatin of the tablet.
