Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an art object preserving and administering system which can preserve and administer various art objects easily at low costs in the best condition for each of them. SOLUTION: The system has a user terminal 10 which can send information on the permissible range of relative humidity among preservation environment parameters of each of the various art objects to an object through Internet 100 and an art object preservation device 20 which detects the relative humidity of the environment of each of the various art objects, compares the relative humidity with the information on the permissible range of relative humidity obtained from the terminal 10 through Internet 100, and as a result of the comparison, when the relative humidity exceeds the permissible range, adjusts the relative humidity of the environment.
