The waste-product control organization 28 and regenerated merchandising agent 44 communicate through the internet, and the like, with all others described above. By using this system, the demand and supply of waste products and processing materials, and the like, are in good balance, the reduction in cost including distribution costs such as expenses for transportation and inventory control can be realized, leading to an effective use of resources.
