Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety of a sucking port and a sucking port cover in a jet bath apparatus. SOLUTION: This jet bath apparatus is provided with the sucking port cover 9 detachably attached on the sucking port 1. When the sucking port 9 is attached, a projecting part 9b pushes and opens an opening/closing member 10 in a sucking piping system. When the sucking port cover 9 is removed, the opening/closing member 10 is closed. Therefore, the user is impossible to use the jet bath apparatus with the sucking port cover 9 removed, since water or hot water in a bathtub 3 is not sucked, and even if a young child should fall down and his head sink in the bathtub, there is no fear that his hair may be sucked into the sucking port.
