Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an airtightness when a passage is closed, to facilitate an installing work and to further smoothly supply a gas when the passage is opened. SOLUTION: A passage opening/closing unit comprises openings 32, 33 provided at both ends of a frame 31, a motor 34 mounted at the inside of the frame 31, a male screw 35 provided at the output shaft of the motor 34, a guide member 36 mounted at the frame 31, a shielding material 37 provided in the frame 31 so as to be movably guided toward a central axis of the output shaft of the motor 34. The material 37 is provided with a female screw 38 to be engaged with the screw 35, and also provided with a conical or pyramidal protrusion. Thereby the material 37 is prevented from being rotated at the centerline of the output shaft of the motor 34 as a center by the member 36.
