PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket capable of simplifying installing work, with superior outward appearance, and an opening-closing mechanism using this bracket. SOLUTION: This resin bracket having an installing hole 5 for projecting a ball joint 4 in a body 1, and installing one fastening part on a contact surface 2 with an installing object member, and a rotation stopper of a double-sided adhesive tape and a projection is installed on an openable-closable one installing object member and the other installing object member fixed with this installing object member by a hinge, and the mutual ball joints 4 and 4 of the resin bracket installed on the respective installing object members are connected by an expandable damper.
