Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable indirect and efficient transmission of the heat of the heating part of a heater to a pressure medium. SOLUTION: A cylindrical case 6 is situated such that one end part is airtightly coupled to a piston rod 2, and the other end part makes sliding contact with the outer periphery of a cylinder 1. A mounting hole 15 is formed in the thickness of a holder 4 to close the opening end on the coupling side of the piston rod 2 of the case 6. An electric heating part 13a of a heater plug 13 is fitted in the mounting hole 15 directly or through a thermal conductivity collar 16. |
