PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control for a push-in button of a simply structured and inexpensive push-in type electric switch, simply mountable to the surface of the push-in button of the push-in type electric switch on a wall surface in an existing condition without implementing a construction work such as a transfer work, an extension work or the like, and simply operable by a short child, a handicapped person having difficulty in standing up and the like from a remote position. SOLUTION: This remote control is composed of a push-in actuating means 12 disposed close to the external surface of the push-in button 10 of the push-in type electric switch to pushingly operate the push-in button 10 and a starting operating means 14 to start the push-in operation of the push-in button in liaison with the push-in actuating means 12. The push-in button 10 can be pushed from a remote position from the push-in button by operating the starting operating means 14.
