Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for further easily introducing single sign-on. SOLUTION: A staff authenticating system 104 authenticates a user of a terminal unit 105, and returns a processing right ticket attached with individual information, right information for indicating an access right of a business system unit, and terminal information to the terminal unit 105. The terminal unit 105 transmits an access request to an application server 106 by attaching the processing right ticket. An authenticating filter module 503 of the server 106 determines whether or not the user of the terminal unit 105 has the access right by referring to the right information for constituting the processing right ticket, and acquires account information of the user from the authenticating system 104 when determining that the user has the access right. An application module 502 executes authentication by using the account information acquired in this way.
