Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further restrict vertical move of a radiator for a water-cooled engine, and sufficiently absorb collision force when the collision force acts on the radiator for the water-cooled engine from forward. SOLUTION: In this upper installation structure for a radiator in a water- cooled engine in a vehicle, the radiator 20 for the water-cooled engine is disposed at a front part of a car body frame 40, and a first stay 60 is extended from an upper part of the radiator for the water-cooled engine rearward. A tip part 64 of it is installed on a front upper part 42 of the car body frame, and a second stay 70 is extended from the upper part of the radiator for the water-cooled engine sideways downward. A tip part 74 of it is installed on a front side part 45 of the car body frame to be capable of swinging forward and backward. A fragile part 66 which can be deformed when the collision force acts from forward through the radiator for the water-cooled engine to the first stay is provided on the first stay. |
