Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator having a cold air path and a path for heat at the time of defrosting without causing cost increase by preventing the rear wall of a drip pan from being deformed due to foaming pressure of a foam insulation material when the foam insulation material is packed. SOLUTION: The rear wall 14a constituting the rear face of the drip pan 14 is provided with an extension part 14c extended to a position higher than the lowest end 20a in contact with an inner box 3 of a retaining fixture 20 for retaining an evaporator 10. The height of the extension part 14c of the wall 14a of the pan 14 is formed higher than the height of a front wall 14b of the pan 14. When the foaming heat insulation material 4 is packed, the extension part 14c of the wall 14a of the pan 14 is retained by the lowest end 20a of the fixture 20. |
