Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method capable of converting wastes into high value-added recycled products by using a cheaper facility and contributing to zero emission by using the recycled products obtained by recycling for an appropriate usage in recycling of the wastes containing a resin, mixed with an iron component, as a main component. SOLUTION: The resin-based wastes mixed with the iron component are introduced into a thermal decomposition furnace and are thermally decomposed. The thermally decomposed gas generated by the thermal decomposition and/or tars are/is subjected to a gas-reforming treatment to recover hydrogen gas, carbon monoxide gas and gas for burning. The thermally decomposed residue generated by the thermal decomposition is introduced into a melting furnace and is melted to recover the melted iron. |
