Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the space for a set box in a distribution process and to improve the appearance of stored goods stored in the set box in display. SOLUTION: This commodity storing structure has a plurality of commodity storing boxes provided with a flexible label 21 projecting upward from the upper part and the set box 10 having an opening and closing part formed on the upper part and having a perforation 10g for removing the upper part including the opening and closing part. The respective labels 21 are deformed uniformly by a first side flap constituting the opening and closing part when the opening and closing part is closed. When the upper part of the set box 10 is removed, the labels are raised upward by the restoring force of the material of the labels 21 to be returned to their original state. At that time, since the labels 21 are uniformly deformed, the returned states are substantially uniform not to impair the appearance.
