Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot system capable of tracking a vehicle and accurately controlling a parked parking space or guiding the vehicle to the parking space. SOLUTION: This parking lot system comprises a wireless communication terminal 301 mounted on a vehicle 300, base stations 200 communicating with the wireless communication terminal 301 by a narrow-band wireless communication, and a parking lot control center 100 connected to the multiple base stations by a network 400. The parking lot control center 100 can determine the position of the vehicle and tracks the vehicle from the position of the base station communicated with the vehicle without obtaining the present location information from the vehicle 300. The control of the hysteresis of the base station communicated with the vehicle enables to grasp the vacancy state of the parking lot space without any necessity of a parking detector.
