Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave absorbing panel for use in a glass curtain wall, which is improved in mounting efficiency and workability while maintaining the radio wave absorbing properties thereof, to thereby prevent increase in mounting cost. SOLUTION: The radio wave absorbing panel 1 is formed by arranging a radio wave absorbing material 3 on part of the outside of a precast plate 54, and then arranging a glass on the outside of the radio wave absorbing material. Alternatively, a first radio wave absorbing material is arranged on part of the outside of the precast plate, then the glass is arranged on the outside of the first radio wave absorbing material, and a second radio wave absorbing material is arranged at least on part of the outside of the precast plate, on which the first radio wave absorbing material is not arranged, followed by arranging an outer finish material on the outside of the second radio wave absorbing member, to thereby form the radio wave absorbing panel.
