Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kerosene centralized supply system not requiring a large pump and also to provide a pumping device suitable for such a kerosene centralized supply system. SOLUTION: By a pumping devices 14 and 15 having units 14a to 14d and 15a to 15d where a suction electromagnetic pump MPs and a force electromagnetic pumps MPd and MPd' are connected in series so that the force electromagnetic pumps are placed at the downstream, kerosene is fed to a plurality of kerosene consumers at lower floors and higher floors. In the suction electromagnetic pump MPs, suction and ejection are executed by the current conduction to a magnetic coil, and accompanying the cancellation of current conduction to the magnetic coil, a plunger position restoration operation is executed by a return coil spring. In the force electromagnetic pumps MPd and MPd', a plunger position deflection operation is executed by the current conduction to the magnetic coil, and accompanying the cancellation of current conduction to the magnetic coil, suction and ejection are executed by the return coil spring.
