Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkable polystyrene resin film which is suitable as a packaging material used for coating, binding, sheathing or the like of a container or the like or particularly the heat shrinkable polystyrene resin film which has a low shrinkage suitable temperature range, an excellent applicability to sterile filling packaging or packaging in a short time and an excellent slipperiness and to provide a label using the same and the container. SOLUTION: In the heat shrinkable polystyrene resin film, a heat shrinkage rate indicated by a length change ratio to before treating after the film is dipped in a warm water of 65 deg.C for 10 s is 5% or more. The film of a label shape of a cylindrical tubular container in which a main shrinkage axis direction becomes a cylindrical shape sectional direction is mounted at a bottle, and a static frictional coefficient on a surface of the film after a heat shrinkage is 0.33 or less.
