Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric lawn mower to which an operator can go around to the side of the machine body, insert and remove the main key, fall the machine body down in sideways in this state and perform the cleaning of a scroll part, i.e., the worker can do 2 works of the insertion and removal of the main key and the falling down of the machine body in sideways without changing position, and as a result, capable of aiming at the improvement of the working property of the cleaning work. SOLUTION: In this type of an electric lawn mower switching on an electric motor 22 by inserting the main key 41 to the machine body 11, switching off the electric motor 22 by removing the main key 41 from the machine body 11, mowing the lawn by rotating the cutter blade 23 in a cutter housing 21 with the electric motor 22, sending the mown lawn in the rear direction of the machine body from the scrolling part 31 in the cutter housing 21, and collecting the mown lawn with a grass bag 14, the scrolling part 31 is arranged in a left or right one side of the machine body 11 and a relaying member 42 for inserting and removing the main key 41 is arranged at another side of the machine body 11.
