Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a niobium anode/conductive polymer cathode capacitor as is high in capacity emersion percentage and can reduce a leak current enough by aging treatment. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a solid electrolytic capacitor is equipped with a process of forming a first conductive polymer layer consisting of polypyrrole or a polypyrrole dielectric on a dielectric film layer by soaking an anode, where a dielectric film layer is made, in the solution containing hydrogen peroxide by 0.7-10 wt.% and surfuric acid by 0.3-3 wt.% and containing water as its main solvent and exposing it to the steam of pyrrole or a pyrrole dielectric after pull up, and a process of forming a second conductive polymer layer on the first conductive polymer layer by soaking an anode, where a dielectric film layer and a first conductive polymer layer are made, in the solution containing polymeric monomer and a supporting electrolyte and electrolytically polymerizing the above polymeric monomer in that solution. |
