PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water equipment for an apartment house capable of getting along with the same extent of a drainage slope until a common drainage vertical pipe of the outside of a dwelling unit as that of a header system while making a combined flow system as a base. SOLUTION: A plurality of drainage crosscut branch pipes 10 for draining waste water from plumbing equipment such as a kitchen, a bathroom, a washing dresser, a washing machine space or the like in the dwelling unit 1 are connected to a combined flow pipe 11 having a diameter larger than each of the drainage crosscut branch pipes 10, the end of the combined flow pipe 11 is connected to a drainage crosscut main pipe 12 having the same diameter as that of the combined flow pipe laid at right angles to the combined flow pipe with a bent pipe 13 having the same diameter as that of the drainage crosscut main pipe and having a radius of curvature larger than 120 mm, the drainage crosscut main pipe is connected to the common drainage vertical pipe provided to the outside of the dwelling unit, and even if drainage is simultaneously made from two or more plumbing equipments, the waste water can be made to smoothly flow until the common drainage vertical pipe 9.
