Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a passenger of that an elevator is remotely monitored and abnormality is notified to a control center. SOLUTION: When the abnormality occurs in the elevator, it is notified to the control center 4 from a monitor panel 2 through a communication line 3. A display device 7 in a car 6 includes an intercom button, and an indicating lamp (not shown) is built in the intercom button. The indicating lamp lights in green normally, and when the abnormality occurs, the indicating lamp turns from green to orange and blinks. When the abnormality is notified to a monitoring center 4, the indicating lamp turns from orange blink to orange normal lighting.
