Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface protecting sheet slightly causing change of adhesive power with time, neither leaving an adhesive layer nor causing film tear on reremoval. SOLUTION: This surface protecting sheet is characterized in that in a re- removable sheet obtained by providing the surface of a substrate composed of a flexible plastic film with an adhesive layer, the adhesive layer is formed by using an adhesive prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. of a main agent of the adhesive with 0.1-3 pts.wt. of an ultrafine particle metal oxide.
