Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for verification of hardware function capable of constructing a functional verification environment similar to a system installed hardware to be performed a functional verification and bringing efficiency to data creation of test patterns of the functional verification, to creation of the test patterns of the functional verification and to an analysis and determination of results of the functional verification. SOLUTION: A bench-test created for the functional verification of the hardware comprising a step S1 of creating the test patterns based on the input data on creation of the test patterns, a step S2 of converting the created test patterns with simple configurations into the test patterns with complicated configurations and a step S3 of determining automatically the results of the functional verification at every function A and B composing the hardware to be performed the functional verification.
