Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tack label for a container having a label section for application which prevents illicit peeling by a non-purchaser and enables a purchaser to easily peel the label for application. SOLUTION: This tack label for the container having the label section for application has the label section for application which is coated and integrated with the label section for display and the label section for application formed inward in the surface direction of the label section for display separably from the label section for display by a coating layer and the label is formed with a release layer on the extremely surface on the coating layer side of the label section for application. The label section for display and the label section for application may be formed by notching the prescribed segment inward in the surface direction of a base material having a tacky adhesive layer separately from other segments. The label section for display and the label section for application preferably have tacky adhesive layers consisting of weakly tacky adhesives. The release layer of the label section for application may consist of a silicone-base release agent.
