Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater excavation method and a device by a shaft shield machine capable of improving the existing slurry vertical type shield method, quickly making a changeover between lining work by a cast-in- place concrete and slurry excavation work in a state to reduce bad influence from hydraulic pressure of excavated water specially containing ground water and reducing a construction cost as well as the promotion of work efficiency. SOLUTION: The shaft shield machine 4 is installed to the bottom of a shaft 2, an excavation working area 2A divided from a lining working area 2B by a partition wall 8 of the shaft shield machine 4 is provided, a mechanical excavation 5A is carried out inside of the excavation working area 2A filled with the required volume of the excavated water and making hydraulic pressure adjustments 13 and 14, the fluid transport of excavated earth and sand is executed to make an earth-removal 5B, at the same time, the shaft shield machine 4 is successively driven forward the lining 32 one ring by one ring, and the lining 32 is carried out by the cast-in-place concrete while replacing a lining form 30 in the lining working area 2B. |
