Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a plastic having a low viscosity to be granulated without adhering pellets to each other by sucking the pellets to a space between a discharging side face of a die and a cutter holder. SOLUTION: A cylindrical part 11b of the cutter holder 11 is engaged with one end side of a cutter shaft 10 protruding in a circulating case 1. Cutters 12 are radially arranged on a cutter holding part 11a opposed to a discharge side face 14a of a die 14 of the holder 11. A water chamber 5 having an annular sealing part 6 rotatably engaged with the part 11b of the holder 11 and an annular hollow part 5a on an outer periphery of the shaft 10, is arranged in the case 1. The holder 11 has a through hole 13 for communicating with the chamber 5 via the space S formed between the holder 11 and the surface 14a of the die 14. Water branched from a water supply duct 7 is supplied to the chamber via a branched water cylinder 8 and injected to the space S.
