Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for classifying microspheres that is capable of surely processing an upper limit/lower limit classification of a microsphere having a diameter of 1.00 mm or less in a short time and to provide a classifying device therefor. SOLUTION: In the method for classifying the microsphere having a diameter of 1.00 mm or less, the method comprises steps of using a rounded cylindrical sieve having a network opening formed therein by the electrochemical method, charging the microspheres into the cylindrical sieve and classifying the charged microspheres by rotating the cylindrical sieve. It is preferable that the sieve is an electric sieve having a network opening formed therein by the electric plating method. The device provides the height difference at both of the end parts where the cylindrical sieve is arranged. It is preferable that the microspheres are charged into the cylindrical sieve from the higher side of the end part of the cylindrical sieve and the microspheres are discharged from the lower side of the end part. |
