Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform coupling operation of mutual connectors smoothly regardless of change of specification. SOLUTION: Sub connectors 6 of female connectors 1 are formed exclusively for every female terminal metal parts 8 of three kinds of specifications of A terminal fitting 9, B terminal fitting 10, and C terminal fitting 11. When only the two or more sub connectors 6 of the same kind and equipped in a frame 2, the numbers of the connectors, which can be equipped to it, are determined according to the inserted loads per the terminal fitting in the range not exceeding the maximum value of the operation loads of each the sub connectors 6. Then, the terminal accommodation rooms 7, which have the same numbers to them, are formed in the sub connectors 6. Therefore, the female terminal fitting 8 of any specification, is made possible to be worn in all the terminal accommodation rooms 7 without exceeding the maximum value of the operation loads of the sub connectors 6. Namely, since it does not exceed the maximum value of whole the female connector 1, the coupling operation is not spoiled.
