Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseptic filling nozzle which can carries out sterilization and washing without disassembling a filling nozzle. SOLUTION: In the aseptic filling nozzle provided with an outer cylinder 10, a plug rod 20 rocking vertically in the outer cylinder, and an filling liquid inlet 13g at the lower end of the outer cylinder, a flushing air intake pipe 13e and an filling liquid intake pipe 13f are provided on the outer cylinder 10, the plug rod 20 and the outer cylinder 10 form an opening/closing valve of the flushing air intake pipe 13e, the outer cylinder 10 and the plug rod 20 form a piston valve for opening and closing the filling liquid intake pipe 13f, the filling liquid adhering to the piston valve is scraped by the lower end of the plug rod 20 when closing the filling liquid intake pipe 13f by lowering the plug rod 20, and the filling liquid adhering to the outer cylinder 10 is blown by air supplied from the flushing air intake pipe 13e. |
