PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube which does not cause blocking on the inner face of the tube even when an excessive high temperature and pressure sterilization operation is applied thereto, having excellent drop impact strength, transparency and a gas barrier property, and is suitable for a liquid storing bag for medical use. SOLUTION: An innermost layer comprises a constituent comprising a block copolymer having propylene as a main ingredient, a random copolymer having the propylene as the main ingredient, and a thermoplastic elastomer in a specified molecular structure. An outermost layer preferably comprises polyamide, and the intermediate layer preferably comprises a modified polyolefin. The surface roughness of the innermost layer is preferable about 0.3-0.8 μm.
