Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film laminated metal sheet by which excellent binding properties and proper orientation to a metal sheet are made easily compatible without utilizing a binding agent, and to provide a container, a construction material and an outside plate for household equipment utilizing the resin film laminated metal sheet. SOLUTION: The respective faces of the metal sheet 26 and the thermoplastic resin film 28 to be joined layeredly in a vacuum tank are previously subjected to an activation treatment. After that, the respective activated faces of the metal sheet 26 and the thermoplastic resin film 28 are brought into contact and overlaid facing each other. Then, they are subjected to cold pressure-binding and joined layeredly to produce the resin film laminated metal sheet 20.
