Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-stopping material for soil which can be easily adhered on a steep face of slop by spraying and has high self-supporting stability during spraying and imparts a high water-stopping property to the plane, and a method for constructing a water-stopping layer which is easily applied to aa steep normal plane and gives the high water-stopping property. SOLUTION: This water-stopping material for soil contains a soil material, fine blast furnace slag dust and bentonite, and has a moisture contents of 10 to 40%. The method for constructing the water-stopping layer includes a process to spray the water-stopping material to the normal plane having a gradient of 1:2 to 1:0.5. |
