Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation pile which is driven into the ground while being rotated for supporting the foundation of a structure constructed and is capable of supporting a large load even though its length is short. SOLUTION: A steel bar 3 is wound and welded to the outer peripheral surface 2 of a steel pipe 1 of a predetermined size, and the steel bar 3 projected out from the outer peripheral surface 2 bites into the earth layer and creates a large frictional force.
