Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a welding transformer from burning by shutting off welding heat transferred from a welding heat source to the welding transformer with a simple constitution, and also to improve a working efficiency. SOLUTION: When a welding surface is flash-welded while supplying current onto members 1a, 1b to be welded form the welding transformers 5a, 5b, the welding heat generated at a weld zone is cooled with heat shut-off plates 6 consisting of water-cooling copper plates arranged on the surfaces apt to affect the welding heat of the welding transformers 5a, 5b to prevent the high temperature welding heat from being transferred into the welding transformers 5a, 5b, whereby suppressing the temperatures rising of the transformers 5a, 5b due to the welding heat. |
