Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable beverage contained in a beverage container to be discharged out of the container while the beverage container is hermetically sealed. SOLUTION: There are provided a covering member 20 attached to a cap 3 in an opening segment 2 of a barrel can 1 through an O ring 14 in a gas tight and water proof manner; a carbonated gas supplying segment 30 connected to a gas cylinder 4 to supply pressurized gas into the barrel can 1; and a beer discharging segment 40 for user in discharging beer B kept in the barrel can 1. The carbonated gas supplying segment 30 and the beer discharging segment 40 are formed in such a way that they can be moved to or away from the opening segment 2 of the barrel can 1, while keeping a gas tight and water proof state is being kept. End segments of the carbonated gas supplying segment 30 and the beer discharging segment 40 opposing against the cap 3 are formed with a blade segment 12 which can be protruded into the barrel can 1 while the cap 3 is being torn out. The beer discharging segment 40 is provided with passing holes 27a arranged at the covering member 20 and the blade segment 12, and with a syphon tube 42 passing through in a hollow segment 13a in such a way that it can be moved to or away from it.
