Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry-type insulated electromagnetic coil capable of extremely reducing the used amount of insulating material such as molding resin and improving the recycling property of the coil to take care of environment. SOLUTION: A coil conductor 5 and an interlayer insulating material 3, 4 adhered with a resin layer in a form of B stage are wound about the outer periphery of the inner peripheral materials 1, 2 to form a coil element assembly, outer peripheral materials 6, 7 are further wound about the outer peripheral thereof, and a resin 8 is filled in the end surface part of the coil. Because the interlayer insulating materials 3, 4 adhered with a resin layer in a form of B stage are used, the coil element assembly is strengthened and the resin layer formed on the outer periphery of the coil can be reduced as the resin 8 at the end of the coil, so that resource saving due to the reduction of the insulating material and energy saving due to the reduction of the setting time can be achieved. Further, the recycling property can be improved by the improvement of the easiness of disassembly of the coil.
