Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a device which provides various display arrangements. SOLUTION: The device includes a housing (1) in which a place (12) is provided for a screen formed by a display device (15). The display device is especially made up with optical fibers and has a plate assembly (30) arranged in the surface side facing a user (28) and a display unit (29) that includes many pixels. Various screen arrangements are obtained by the assembly (30) (for example, information formed by the unit (29) is enlarged and a curved screen having an extremely good visibility is obtained). This invention is applicable to a mobile radio telephone set and a wrist watch.
