Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate material for connecting wiring or piping to soundproof flooring heating equipment which can be constructed easily even in a section where wiring or piping to be connected to soundproof heating equipment is branched. SOLUTION: Top-opened housing grooves 13 which can house the wiring or piping passed through the grooves 13 are formed on the rectangular plate- shaped substrate material 12. The grooves 13 are constituted of a pair of branch housing grooves 13a and 13b which are branched from each other in a V-shape in the top view of the material 12.
