Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notice system that informs a customer of the fact that the charge has reached a prescribed amount in a prescribed period when it has reached the amount. SOLUTION: When a customer uses a communication terminal 11 to make a registration or revision procedures to the notice system 20, the notice system 20 acquires data of a charge imposed on the communication terminal 11 from a charge system 30. The notice system 20 acquires data of the charge imposed on the communication terminal up to a previous day every day. When the charge reaches a prescribed amount, the notice system 20 transmits mail to a registered mail address to inform the customer about it.
