PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the shift shock by detecting the timing of change of the torque transmission at the time of shifting up and shifting down securely and without matching, and grasping the timing of starting the control of engine output, the oil pressure of a transmission, etc. SOLUTION: The device comprises a pre-transmission torque signal detecting means for detecting the time when the output torque from the torque at the time of shifting up is changed from a pre-shift clutch to a post-shift clutch, a post-transmission torque signal detecting means for detecting the time when the output torque from the torque at the time of shifting down is changed from the pre-shift clutch to the post-shift clutch, and a driving shaft torque control means for correcting/controlling the driving shaft torque according to the change of the two torque signal detecting means.
