Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid filling apparatus which is easily adjusted according to the viscosity change of a fluid, the force of whose valve in closing a nozzle discharge opening can be set at a proper value, and is produced inexpensively. SOLUTION: This fluid filling apparatus is provided with a filling cylinder 1 for sucking a fluid from a fluid tank by a piston 1b moving in a sliding manner in one direction, a nozzle 3 communicatively connected with the cylinder, and a valve 4 for opening and closing the discharge opening 3a of the nozzle provided reciprocally movable in the nozzle. When the piston slides in the other direction, the fluid is sent into the nozzle and the valve moves to a position for opening the discharge opening. When the slide of the nozzle in the other direction stops, the valve moves to a position for closing the discharge opening. The valve is energized toward the closing direction by an air cylinder 14 and a regulator 16 for adjusting the fluid pressure in the air cylinder is provided.
